Jan 2021 to present – Transitioning into net-zero energy building communities through coupling urban building energy modeling and agent-based modeling techniques

➢ Developed an urban building energy model for exploring the energy reduction achievable through deep retrofit measures for a focused 14 building residential community within an educational campus in India

➢ The model developed is also currently under exploration to analyze the feasibility of net-zero energy transition upon adding renewable energy resources installation
